Nothing has worked so far!

I never thought I'd say this but dieting and exercise is not working: current weight is 139.55, sometimes getting down to 137.35 depending on how much water and solid food I had ingested that day. Eating really small bites and keeping carbs out of my diet it's been the route. However I had to stop swimming, I just don't have the energy to train for three straight hours and I hit a plateau, I can't swim faster and my resistance is running low.

Hyper-acidity has been a great excuse to avoid eating after 6:00 p.m., my Doctor recommended this to avoid more injuries to  my vocal chords due to acid reflux, so I try to follow it strictly, providing there are no social events which force to eat something. I can't stop thinking about food and how to burn the calories I had eaten any given day. I'll stop swimming for a month to give my body a chance to recover and see if my body weight remains stable, if it does, once the month is over I'll go back to the regular routine of swimming three hours 5 days a week and reducing my calorie intake to an average of 800 a day, lowering from the 1200 to 1000 I was having before. From what I have read this diet should make me drop at least a pound every week, which can be easily measure by the electronic scale.

The most awful part is feeling like you have no energy at all to even move!
